根据我委《关于开展碳排放权交易试点工作的通知》（京发改规〔2013〕5号）中“北京市碳排放权交易核查机构管理办法（试行）”的相关规定，我们组织开展了本市2015年新增碳排放权交易核查机构、核查员以及已备案核查机构和核查员扩大行业备案领域的评审工作。
经组织专家对各单位申报书面材料初审和面试评审，中国民航科学技术研究院等3家机构符合新增核查机构条件，陈芳等79人符合核查员条件（详见附件）。现将评审结果进行公示，公示时间为：2015年7月20日至7月24日18:00（5个工作日）。如有异议，可通过电话、传真、电子邮件方式反馈。
